Are pets allowed?
Per Federal Law, we only allow Emotional Support Animals. Proper documentation required.
What appliances are included?
Each unit comes equipped with a refrigerator, stove/oven, dishwasher, garbage disposal, ice maker, microwave, and washer/dryer.
What amenities do you offer?
Fitness center w/ free cable and wi-fi. The room is equipped with two treadmills, one elliptical, a recumbent bike, free weights, kettle bells, exercise mats, weight bench and TRX suspension system.
1st floor furnished lobby area with free wi-fi.
1st floor package room.
4th floor furnished community room features kitchen area, fireplace, free cable and wi-fi and is attached to our furnished rooftop patio which includes a gas grill for resident use.
Is storage available?
Yes, storage units are available for $20-$40 per month depending on size and location.
Is parking available?
Yes, interior garage parking is available for $125 per month. This space is heated in the winter.
We use a fob system for all exterior doors and have a comprehensive camera system inside the building in our common areas.
Do you have air conditioning (AC)?
Yes, all units are equipped with air conditioning.

Yes, we have a local maintenance team available 24/7.
Do all units have balconies?
Yes, every unit includes a balcony.
Do you offer short term leases?
We primarily offer 12-month leases, but on occasion short term sub-leases might be available. Please contact the office directly to inquire about availability.
